Bohemian Necromancer (Czech Dark Lager)

This style is a staple in the Czech Republic and dates WAY back. It's got a little more body, maltiness, and roastiness than a pale lager, but is still well balanced and approachable.

Deggenauer Dunkel

4.9% ABV - 19 IBU

This dark Munich lager is the favorite style of our Bavarian dad, Sepp, and is named for the neighborhood in Deggendorf, Germany where owner Erin spent much of his time learning about German culture. It's malty with medium body and subtle hints of caramel and nuttiness.

Doppel the Hutt (Doppelbock)

7.0% ABV - 13 IBU

Our Doppelbock, brewed yearly on the winter solstice, is a celebration of the dark cold winter months. Expect big maltiness with notes of stone fruit and dark caramel. And the name? It was named in 2018 after the birth of co-founders Anna and Erin Hutton's twin babies.

Dožínky Pils (Bohemian Pilsner)

4.5% ABV

Brewed in honor of New Prague's Czech harvest festival, this bier is a light and refreshing easy drinker. It features 100% Bohemian floor-malted barley and Czech Saaz hops, giving it an herbal noble hop quality. Na zdraví!

Lemmiwinks (Berliner Weisse)

3.0% ABV - 6 IBU

A light, tart German wheat sour. Sometimes featuring fruit purees such as Raspberry, Pineapple, Cherry, and more.

Nordic Exchange Student (Pale Ale)

5.4% ABV - 47 IBU

A Pale Ale brewed with Norwegian Kveik (yeast) and Mosaic and Citra hops. It's grassy, citrusy, and tropical with just enough pine to round it out.

Nová Praha Med (Imperial Stout)

9.9% ABV - 22 IBU

Czech for "New Prague Honey," this Russian Imperial Stout was brewed with 75 lbs of local honey in a 10 bbl batch.​

Barrel Aged Nová Praha Med (Imperial Stout)

10.2% ABV - 22 IBU

2021 Minnesota Brewers Cup 2nd place award winner for Wood Beer.

Czech for "New Prague Honey," our Russian Imperial Stout was brewed with 75 lbs of local honey in a 10 bbl batch, then laid to rest in Willett Rye Whiskey barrels. Expect a smooth, chocolaty stout with a residual sweetness from the honey and a pleasant spicy rye finish.

O'Malley ("German" Irish Red)

5.3% ABV - 27 IBU

Named for our favorite German teacher, this Irish Red is a malty, deep Red Ale with a hint of roast and a nice dry finish.

Spaceballs the Coconut Milk Stout

5.5% ABV

The same Spaceballs you know and love, with coconut sugar added to the brew and loads of toasted coconut added to the fermentor.

Spaceballs the Coffee Milk Stout

5.0% ABV

A coffee-snob's coffee stout, we took Spaceballs the Milk Stout and added fresh cold pressed medium roast Organic Colombia Supremo from JS Bean Factory in Saint Paul. These two were a match made in heaven, with the brightness of the coffee bringing new life to the dark, chocolaty-ness of Spaceballs.

Speedo Claus (Hot Cocoa Stout)

5.0% ABV

Brewed each year for the Giesenbräu Santa Speedo Dash, this stout features lactose, cocoa powder, and vanilla.

That Other Wizard the Brown Ale

5.7% ABV

This is a malty, smooth Brown Ale finished off with Czech noble hops for balance. Sure to please the non-hop heads.

Town Ball Lite (American Light Lager)

4.0% ABV - 9 IBU

Formerly known as CHP Lite. On a summer night under the lights at the ballfield, nothing tastes better than a Stadtball Lite. Crisp, bright, and refreshing, this bier is a locally crafted upgrade to your typical domestic light lager. Play ball!

Wet Hop (IPA)

6.0% ABV

A Wet Hop IPA brewed with Centennial hops picked from the biergarten vines an hour before being tossed into the brew kettle. This IPA is dripping with the unique wet hop grassiness and citrus that only comes once a year.

Wildblume (IPA)

6.4% ABV - 51 IBU

Wildblume, German for Wildflower, is an IPA that was originally brewed for International Women's Day 2022, but we loved it so much we brewed it again.  It features Strata and Idaho 7 hops which lend drippy tropical flavors like mango, pineapple, zesty tangerine, and strawberry.
