Where we started:

Our story began in a biergarten in Bavaria. Two bier lovers sat across from each other in the pleasant sunshine, lamenting the lack of biergartens back home in the states. After a Maß or two of delicious Munich Helles, it became apparent that they would just have to open their own biergarten when they got back home. A few years later, that dream became a reality when the Giesenbräu doors opened in Oktober of 2017.​

What we're all about:

Our mission is to serve the community fresh, locally crafted lagers and ales with an emphasis on German tradition. We're serious about bier, lighthearted and fun, and focused on providing a welcoming space for everyone. We brew for the no-frills beer lovers - lager lovers unite! At Giesenbräu you'll find a large taproom and expansive biergarten with up to 15 taps pouring both traditional and new styles. But mostly, we make bier flavored beer.
